Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions
JRC Technologies warrants to the original end user purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in material
and workmanship from the date of purchase for the period of 3 years. In accordance with the terms of this limited warranty,
JRC Technologies, at its expense (except as stated below), shall either repair or replace any product or part thereof which
is proven defective.
Exclusions
JRC Technologies is not responsible for damage that occurs
as a result of:
- Failure
to follow instructions for the product
- Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, contamination, improper
maintenance or other external causes
- Improper site preparation or maintenance
- Software, interfacing, parts or supplies not supplied by JRC technologies
- Virus infection
- Loss or damage in transit
- Repair, modification, improper adjustment or installation
of options or parts other than by JRC Technologies
- Serial number has been removed or altered
- Warranty label removed or altered
To Obtain Service
To obtain service under
this Limited Warranty you must:
Contact JRC Technologies at 631-757-5157 with serial number
and model for warranty status. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be provided. Proof of purchase
showing date maybe required if not registered.
- Pack in original shipping container or equivalent
- Provide packing slip with a description of problem and contact information with phone number
- Insure it or assume the risk of loss/damage during shipment
- Pay all shipping charges
- Ship product with RMA # on shipping label to:

JRC Technologies will not except any packages wthout an RMA # or CODs.
JRC Technologies will repair or replace with new or refurbished parts. The replacement parts are warranted to be
free of defects of workmanship for 60 days or the remainder of the Limited Warranty in which the parts are installed,
whichever is longer.
JRC Technologies will pay return shipping charges United
Parcel Service (UPS) ground or equivalent.
